License Law clarifications and written office policies

In this fourth and final video, Illinois Association of REALTORS® Legal Hotline Attorney Betsy Urbance discusses the requirement that sponsoring brokers (with the exception of sole proprietors sponsoring only themselves) have a written office policy in place under the Illinois License Law rules.   1. Thanks for this post. I’ve recently been looking into getting my Illinois real estate license and it seems like there are really a lot of different ways to go about it, but it definitely helps to know the changes occurring in this realm– there’s so much to keep up with!
