Illinois REALTORS® talk about creating safety awareness after Arkansas agent’s death

WICS-Channel 20 in Springfield interviewed two local REALTORS® about the need to remain vigilant when meeting clients.

The story was in response to the death of Arkansas REALTOR® Beverly Carter, whose body was found buried in a shallow grave after she was to have gone to a property showing in Scott, Ark. A suspect, Arron Lewis has been charged in connection with the case.

REALTORS® Phil Chiles and Laura Kruse discuss the dangers that come with job, and what can be done to make sure showings and interactions are as safe as possible.
