He emphasized the importance of REALTOR® engagement on rural lending issues and carrying the REALTOR® message on the definition of rural area to members of Congress.
IAR member and Chair of the Conventional Finance and Policy Committee Mabél Guzmán discussed the results of the work of a subcommittee that looked at impacts of student loan debt. The committee also discussed GSE reform and crowdfunding as a source of capital for real estate investment.
