Haven’t renewed? Keep calm and turn to IAR for managing broker license assistance

Coming down to the wire on getting your managing broker’s license renewed?

According to the state agency responsible for licensing managing brokers, there are many out there who have not filed the paperwork which is due April 30. IAR recommends that any managing broker seeking renewal submit the needed information as soon as possible to avoid processing delays.

IAR can help you complete the process of renewing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

The association has online and home study courses available. There are also a few classroom broker management courses available through local REALTOR associations.
