An emphasis in September is REALTOR® Safety, and NAR has an article that can save your life.

Called “Keeping You and Your Agents Safe, experts share 10 ways to make sure that next home showing doesn’t end tragically.

Of course, one key element of staying safe is to trust your gut. If a situation seems dodgy, it well may be.

But other steps you can take may seem innocuous, but can have an impact on making sure agents are safe, such as parking your car on the street, setting up protocols to alert others about your whereabouts and declining food or drink offered at a home.
