Illinois REALTORS® reached a significant milestone last week, signing up 4,781 members to receive mobile text alerts on industry issues.

The association is one of 16 states that has reached its target so far. NAR set a goal of having 11 percent of the association’s members take part in the program, and Illinois REALTORS® is among the largest of NAR’s state associations to reach the benchmark.

I am so proud of the Illinois REALTOR® Family for showing leadership,” said Mabél Guzmán, CIPS, 2016 chair of the REALTORS® Political Involvement Committee and 2017 NAR vice president. “Our members have clearly demonstrated they not only care about the issues, they also want to find solutions that promote responsible home ownership through advocacy.

If you haven’t done so already, download the REALTOR® Action Center mobile app for your device. Just search for NAR Action Center to find the link to the download.
