Morning Minute: Mortgage rates head slightly higher

While still historically low, mortgage rates edged slightly higher this week with the 30-year fixed rate climbing to 3.46 percent compared to 3.43 percent a week ago, Freddie Mac reports. The 15-year, fixed rate rose to 2.77 percent compared to 2.74 percent last week. Read more from Freddie Mac.
