Morning Minute: Fixed mortgage rates hit 10-week low, Freddie Mac reports

The 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.42 percent this week, a decline from last week and the lowest it has been in 10 weeks, Freddie Mac reports. The 15-year, fixed rate averaged 2.72 percent, also a decline from the week before. Read more from Freddie Mac.
