Morning Minute: NAR identifies top home buyer and seller trends over last 35 years

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers marks 35 years this fall and to honor the occasion, NAR took a look at some of the top trends that have shaped the home buying and selling process over that time.
