Morning Minute: Mortgage rates see a bump, Freddie Mac reports

Fixed mortgage rates climbed slightly higher this week with the 30-year, fixed rate mortgage averaging 3.57 percent, up from 3.54 percent last week, Freddie Mac reports. At the same time, the 15-year, fixed rate mortgage averaged 2.88 percent compared to 2.84 percent the week before. Read more from Freddie Mac.
