Morning Minute: Mortgage rates move lower, Freddie Mac reports

Fixed mortgage rates moved lower this week for the first time in 10 weeks, Freddie Mac reports this morning. The 30-year, fixed rate averaged 4.20 percent, down from 4.32 percent last week.
