Freddie Mac reports today that fixed mortgage rates moved lower this week and are now at the lowest levels so far in 2017. A 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage averaged 4.08 percent and a 15-year, fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.34 percent. Read more from Freddie Mac.
