Illinois REALTORS® will offer the SRS designation course on August 17 & 18 at Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® in Joliet.
The SRS designation elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller representation. This course provides 6 hours of Elective CE.
Tickets are $179 for the member early bird rate (Early Bird sales end August 8); $199 for the non-member early bird rate; $199 for the regular member rate and $219 for the regular non-member rate. Full refunds are available through August 14. No refunds will be made after August 14. Morning refreshments and lunch will be served.

Parnell is a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger and New York Times best-selling author of Outlaw Platoon who served in the legendary 10th Mountain Division of six years and retired as a highly decorated captain.

Ryhal will lead the Core B CE course Real Estate Compliance is Not a Game at the Illinois REALTORS® Conference & Expo, May 10-11 at the Gateway Center in Collinsville. Participants may earn 3 hours of Core B CE by completing this course.
Reviewing the real estate laws and regulations that apply to communication, Ryhal will explain how to remain in compliance when the line between personal and professional life is blurred. Attendees will learn how to avoid making communication mistakes that violate the Illinois Real Estate Act.
